• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making any offer. The item is not new, so faults and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision, including vehicle taxes, device condition and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
