• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
