• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including for example vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making a bid.
