Recently inspected Volvo V50 with a 2.0-litre diesel engine and manual transmission! The car is fully roadworthy and has come from daily use, but the power seems to be a little lacking. There may therefore be some kind of fault mode active; it does drive and a test drive has been carried out, but full engine power is not available. No warning lights appeared during the test drive, at least, and otherwise the car seemed to work well; the fault has not been investigated in any way. The rear section of the exhaust has been done rather crudely. There are some cosmetic issues visible in the pictures. This is a low-running-cost car with a tow bar, needing only a little work for many more years of use!

-Summer tyres are legal, approx. 2-2.5 mm tread
-Winter tyres are in very good condition with studs, approx. 8-9 mm tread, all studs intact and also present in the tread; both sets on their own alloy wheels!
-Major service carried out in 2022 / 215,000 km including gearbox oil, clutch assembly, flywheel, release bearing and brake fluid!!
-Timing belt and water pump done in 2021 / 196,000 km
-Battery and alternator replaced in 2025 / 265,000 km


The car also comes with some new service parts, such as new glow plugs and an oil filter.
