22T pneumatic jack

Belongs to the group of bottle jacks, whose purpose is to lift a vehicle along the vertical axis. The jack works with compressed air, which creates a rotary movement in the hydraulic pump, which in turn generates pressure in the hydraulic cylinder section. As the pressure rises, the actuator’s telescopic section moves upwards. When the pressure is reduced, it lowers and operates downwards. Another important design element is the jack’s length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles whose support points are difficult to reach. Such jacks are equipped with wheels, allowing them to be moved on rough ground. Versions designed for portable use are also available; they are much lighter and smaller, so they are easy to transport in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the built-in lubricator, friction between interacting surfaces is reduced, which decreases wear and protects them from corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the servicing of lorries, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional adapters that increase the jack height. Road wheels allow easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for better working comfort.
