• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of the vehicle via Traficom’s public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within 1 week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied for any extra collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
