• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check the vehicle's possible tax, registration and inspection details from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for collection after the deadline.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
