The property has been seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer under section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the online auction. The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately.
