The deadline for submitting bids ends on 09/09/2026 at 10:00, or three minutes after the last approved bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has approved as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for damages under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on the huutokaupat.com service for which the offer is submitted. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer, and the offer must be delivered to the Lahti office of the Enforcement Authority (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) or to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi no later than 07/09/2026 at 12:00. Customer service at the Lahti office is open on weekdays from 9 to 12 in the joint service facilities of the office building.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
