• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including for example: vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly unpaid vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct
