Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale by placing a bid.
Inspection of the property
Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed in a prior inspection.
Seller's information
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information they know and that can reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.
Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The fee for the certifying official is shared equally by the seller and the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice.
Withdrawal from the sale
A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
