The building is versatile thanks to the spacious lounge; it can also accommodate guests or be used for remote work. Suitable for many needs and situations, for a cottage plot or a private garden — only your imagination limits it! :)

• Electrified: includes sockets, connection point for a ceiling light, sauna LED lighting and outdoor lighting. Electrical cabinet.

• Lockable, high-quality exterior doors.

• Panorama windows 2 pcs. In the sauna a ventilation window 590×590 mm.

• Domestic breathable eco-wool insulation 125 mm in walls and roof; in the lounge eco-wool paper + 22 mm ventilation under the panel. Outside walls with 12 mm wind-protection board.

• Floor and roof with 25 mm wind-protection board.

• Sauna has 30 mm PIR insulation in walls and roof.

• External cladding 23×145 UTW, pre-painted white.

• Wooden tongue-and-groove floors in the sauna.

• Quality vinyl floor in the lounge.

• Straight spruce plank benches.

• Sauna interior panelling in stylish thermo-treated pine.

• Lounge finished with Arvolista white-wash interior panelling.

• Installed Harvia Pro 20 stove with water tank, and Jeremias chimney package (installed before collection).

• Sauna floor has a water gutter with a 110 mm outlet.

• External dimensions: 2.74 m × 7.54 m. Height: 3.1 m.
