The apartment includes a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, fridge, electric cooker + oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, TV, DVD, CD player, air source heat pump, fireplace & firewood, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, parking space, wireless internet connection (wifi) and use of boats.

Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the maintenance fee.

In Hannunkivi you can enjoy a relaxing cottage holiday, experience wilderness nature with its impressive waterways and forests, and enjoy all the comforts of a well-equipped holiday home.

In Hannunkivi you stay in log cabins in beautiful Finnish nature and can enjoy all the traditional cottage activities: swimming, rowing, cycling, fishing and relaxing in the garden swing.

Unlike many other holiday villages, Hannunkivi's cottages are spaciously built and set in beautiful pine heathland. Hannunkivi has 36 high-quality cottages for 4–8 people, completed between 1989 and 1999 (major renovations were carried out in 2013 and 2015).

The magnificent Lake Kivijärvi surrounds Hannunkivi, where you can take a refreshing dip in the lake. The shallow sandy beach is suitable for children. There are several piers in the beach area where you can swim or simply enjoy being by the water.
You can also enjoy your holiday by rowing around the beautiful islands. All rowing boats are freely available to guests staying in Hannunkivi, and outboard motors are available for rent at reception.

Plentiful berry and mushroom forests are right in the back garden, and for those who enjoy fishing Hannunkivi is a good choice, as the area is known for its excellent, clean fishing waters.

Just a 30-minute drive from Kyyjärvi you will find Kauppakeskus Paletti, with, among others, Iittala and Marimekko outlets, a Finlayson pop-up shop and Alko.

The nearby area also has national parks including Salamajärvi and Pyhä-Häkki.

At Hannunkivi you can pamper yourself with various massages, Kalevala bone-setting, beauty therapist services and yoga classes.

At Hannunkivi you can enjoy the relaxed offerings and immediate rural atmosphere of Peuran Tupa, located in the main building of the Peltokangas estate built in the 1930s. At Peuran Tupa you can stop by, enjoy the atmosphere and art. The kitchen offers filling salads and, for bigger appetites, burgers, salads and other tasty dishes. At Peuran Tupa you can also read the day's newspapers and enjoy free internet access. You can also borrow books for cottage reading. Peuran Tupa is a meeting place for locals, people from the area and holidaymakers. The terrace and fire pit provide an atmospheric setting for relaxed evening gatherings as well.

The nearby frisbee golf course invites the whole family to enjoy a fun activity together. Frisbee golf discs can be rented from reception. The sports area at Peltokangas is also an excellent recreational area with 3 km of jogging trails and wonderful forest terrain. The sand-based artificial turf tennis court, completed in autumn 2014, is also in the same area and equipment can be rented from reception. The grass field in the Hannunkivi area has volleyball and badminton nets, as well as plenty of lawn space for other games and get-togethers. A number of garden games can be rented from reception for shared activities.

The nearest shop (K-market) is only 600 m away, so you can easily buy barbecue treats there.

Your own holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in the holiday property. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including linen, so you can focus on holidaying and enjoying yourself.

Maintenance fee for 2026 & 2027:

€274.91 / year.

No renovation loan / finance charge is allocated to the share.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance of the apartment and yard, purchases and repairs, firewood, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management and administration, etc.

If you are unable to use the week yourself, it is easy to rent it out, or you can let a friend use it. Just notify reception who will collect the keys. Alternatively, you can leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, so you do not need to do any of the rental work yourself.

The buyer gets access to the share from week 38/2026 onwards (Sat 12 September 2026 - Sat 19 September 2026).

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
