The deed of sale and share certificate sent by recorded letter are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post costs an additional €20.

The share has no unpaid maintenance fees.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide Holiday Club with all documents needed for registration.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax return and pay transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 does not need to be paid) and provide the seller with a transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax return in OmaVero.
