The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, firewood, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer will be entitled to use the share from week 52/2026 onwards (Sat 19 Dec 2026 - Sat 26 Dec 2026).

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

All shares offered for sale are mine unless otherwise stated.

The sales contract and registered mailing of the share certificate are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate as an insured postal item costs an additional €20.

Payment within 1 day of the item closing. If you need a longer payment period, please agree this before placing a bid, thank you.

No maintenance fee arrears apply to the share.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club's registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide Holiday Club with all documents needed for registration.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax return and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 does not need to be paid) and provide the seller with a transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax return in MyTax.
