Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products at our showroom, which has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with a power of attorney.

We charge a 10% compensation fee of the sale price for cancellation of a binding sale or unpaid bid
