The online auction ends on 19 August 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 19 August 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest online auction bid. The person who made the highest bid must immediately after bid acceptance pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 on the same day. Detailed payment information will be given to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; it will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies.
