Warranty:

If you find tiles that are cracked or broken, you may exchange them free of charge for the same or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within two weeks; you can also view additional products in our showroom, which has thousands of models.

After two weeks, storage cost €10/day/pallet.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale / non-paid auction win.
