Feels reasonable to drive, but a few small issues;

-A slight knocking/clicking from somewhere in the undercarriage; the inspector found no obvious cause.

-Air conditioning only blows lukewarm.

-The inspection left a couple of repair recommendations: the side of the engine is oily and one bulb is blown. It doesn't leave a puddle underneath and the oil looked dry — likely an old leak at some point.

-Possibly a small injector seal is leaking a little? It doesn't smell of diesel nor did it affect emissions.
