Defects and other observations

Observed in service: At idle the engine makes a knocking/tapping noise.

When running the coolant in the expansion tank "disappears" and opening the cap causes the tank to overflow -> would suggest a head gasket fault

When opening the oil filler cap it vents quite a lot.
