• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector; latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been detected during a pre-purchase inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new sale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest.
