There is an engine block heater at the front to help with cold winter mornings.

The car comes with two sets of tyres and wheels, both with plenty of tread left. The winter tyres are studded.

At the last service (274,000 km) the following were replaced: engine oil, air filter, front shock absorbers, top-end bearings and control arms — a basic service and a thorough suspension overhaul.

The only note at the inspection was a sway damper, which has now been repaired!

The engine warning light is on; this has not been investigated further.
