If you cannot use the week yourself, you can rent it out and receive rental income or hand the week to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.
Maintenance fees for 2027:
Basic fee €251.45 / year.
Usage fee €174.20 / year.
Total €425.65 / year.
The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and standby, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.
Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. Approximately €250 remains and will be assumed by the buyer. The renovation loan is paid as a financing charge this year and next, after which the loan will be fully paid. Financing charge this year (2026) is €137.35 and next year (2027) €110.55.
The buyer will have the apartment available from week 2/2027 (Sat 9 January 2027 – Sat 16 January 2027).
Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00.

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
All shares for sale are mine unless otherwise stated. Bids placed in the auction are binding.
The shares are sold as a package and hobby shares cannot be excluded from the sale.
Deeds and share certificates are posted by registered mail and this is included in the price. Delivery of share certificates as insured post shipment is available for an additional €20.
There are no arrears on maintenance charges for the shares.
Payment within 1 day of the auction closing. If you need a longer payment period, please agree this before making an offer, thank you.
The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 / share for private individuals / €60 / share for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.
The buyer must promptly submit the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is due if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
