Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers entertainment for the whole family year-round. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and hot tub with jets! For children there is also a warm children’s pool, floats and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers with four different programmes with light and sound effects.

Vuokatti’s downhill offering is versatile and it’s easy to move between slopes. You can find runs from easy (Hupikukkula and Max’s Snow World) to demanding slopes and competition areas (e.g. Freestyle Park, No. 6) whether you ski or snowboard. There are 14 slopes and 10 lifts in total in Vuokatti.

Vuokatti offers a cross-country ski network totalling 190 km. The tracks are prepared each year to Olympic Training Center standards for both classic and skate styles, ensuring top-level tracks for hobbyists, leisure skiers and competitors alike.

There are 32 km of illuminated tracks in Vuokatti. Lights turn on early in the morning and off late in the evening.

Owning a holiday week is above all worry-free holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself, you can rent it out and receive rental income or hand the week to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

Maintenance fees for 2027:

Basic fee €251.45 / year.
Usage fee €174.20 / year.

Total €425.65 / year.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and standby, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. Approximately €250 remains and will be assumed by the buyer. The renovation loan is paid as a financing charge this year and next, after which the loan will be fully paid. Financing charge this year (2026) is €137.35 and next year (2027) €110.55.

The buyer will have the apartment available from week 2/2027 (Sat 9 January 2027 – Sat 16 January 2027).

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00.
