Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt, and the manager's registration fee according to Holiday Club Resorts' price list (private individuals €40 / companies €60). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid.
