Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot and any relevant documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection incurs a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction’s applicable terms and the seller’s conditions before making an offer.
