• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, as‑is. Items come from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding The bidder must, before making an offer, familiarise themselves with the lot and the company’s documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a pre‑inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by Huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Items: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms applicable to this auction and the terms of sale before bidding.
