• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. An independent inspector has not checked the item, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspect the item Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and relevant papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been discovered during a pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle taxes, registration and MOT status via Traficom’s public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are MOT'd, un‑MOT'd or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: Registration when handed over by the bankruptcy estate may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the item.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, plus any agent and recovery costs in full with interest.
