The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
