The item has been photographed for the sale listing by the seller. The product has not been reviewed by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must familiarise themselves with the item, relevant company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim matters that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple successful bids, the fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final; check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection costs with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
