The rear parking sensor has suffered corrosion from road salt, which causes errors in its operation, so the rear parking sensor does not function normally. The front parking sensors work normally. The front brake pads are worn down to the wear indicator, and the air conditioning cools a little less (it would probably benefit from a recharge).
