The lot will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 22 May – 8 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 8 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

If it is not possible to place bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority; this will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic bidding function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The written offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. Written offers must be submitted no later than 4 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority, Turku office, address: Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s systems. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will independently decide whether to approve the highest bid or reject it.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the notified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Debt Enforcement Act.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Debt Enforcement Act. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

The lot may be collected after the purchase price has been paid. Upon collection the buyer will be given a transfer certificate. Collection must be arranged separately with Enforcement Inspector Pentti Männistö.

Any complaint about the sale or acts related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. An appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.

Payment terms
The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid has been accepted, pay the full purchase price on the same day by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official deposit account.

If payment is not made within the prescribed time, the buyer must pay default interest in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been completed. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.
