Classic car, an unwelded original bought from the estate of an elderly enthusiast who imported it to the country; the founder of Mobilisti magazine purchased it. It was off the road for 12 years before restoration and the museum inspection.


A fine unrestored car in original paint, used by two enthusiasts in Finland. 4-speed manual, imported from Germany in 2004, rust‑proofed with Finikor in 2008. Taken off the road in 2013 and stored for 10 years in a warm place, then 2 years in a cold dry hall. During the winter the fuel pump and filter, brake discs and pads were renewed. Also replaced: coolant and thermostat, engine oil, oil filter, air filter, power steering fluid and power steering filter, and spark plugs. New tyres, wheels sandblasted and powder-coated, new bolts. New windscreen, new ribbed fabric mats. Receipts exist for the mileages below as these figures have been queried.

Defects and other observations

The fuel gauge needle sometimes jumps. The front bumper has been repainted and the headlamp housings are different brands. Presumably the bumper and lamp were knocked into something in 2006.
