The Sallatunturi area has 100 km of marked hiking routes with several lean-tos and wilderness huts with firewood. If you are interested in birds, the area offers about 100 species of wetland and forest birds.

Nearby are also Northern Europe’s largest wilderness areas: Naruska, Oulanka National Park and Tuntsa, which is considered one of Europe’s finest hiking destinations.

At Salla Ski Resort the varied and top-quality slopes mean skiers do not face crowding or long queues. There are runs for beginners, pleasure skiers, park riders and slalom experts. Salla is known for its wartime history. Winter War battlefields and memorials are found around the municipality. The war has also left scars in the landscape, and wartime artifacts and trenches can still be found.

Service charge for 2027:

€280.80 / year.

The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance, purchases and repairs, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency call-out, reception and key services, property management and administration, etc.

If you cannot use the week yourself, renting the apartment is easy: simply inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 5/2027 (Fri 29 January 2027 – Fri 5 February 2027).

Check-in at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Pets allowed (€35 per week).

All shares for sale are my own unless otherwise stated.

Sales contracts and registered-post dispatch of the share certificate are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no service charge arrears on the share.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly submit the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax payable if under €10) and deliver the transfer tax certificate to the seller. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for submitting the transfer tax declaration via the Finnish tax authority’s online service.
