The AOT R2 Reformer brings studio Pilates to your home. The machine includes 2 x 8.4 kg, 12 kg and 20 kg springs, a stable frame and a smooth-sliding carriage. Train effectively at home whenever suits you.

Reformer Pilates has become very popular as a workout because it is a calm yet effective way to train the whole body. The moving carriage and adjustable resistance levels allow both basic control and mobility exercises and more demanding strength workouts. Practice focuses on a steady breathing rhythm and controlled movement, which makes the workout both effective and relaxing.

The AOT R2 Reformer is designed for home use for users who want to train on a reformer in private and save both time and money. The unit can be folded if needed, but because of its weight we recommend reserving a permanent place for it at home.

Resistance can be adjusted flexibly using the 4 included springs of different strengths. By combining springs you can build a workout suited to your goals. Spring strengths are 8.4 / 12 / 20 kg, allowing strong resistance for e.g. leg exercises. The carriage moves smoothly and quietly, making movements comfortable. Accessories include nylon ropes with pulley guides, a footbar, a bar, soft shoulder and head pads, springs and resistance bands.

The core of Reformer training is strengthening the deep stabilising muscles. Training helps maintain good posture, reduces strain on the back and neck and supports whole-body mobility. That is why the reformer is also used in rehabilitation and as a supplement to athletes' training. With your own machine you can schedule training completely around your own timetable.
