• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use in their current state. Goods come straight from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not evident at the time of listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder must inspect the relevant lot, the company's documents and paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer may not later claim a defect that could have been found during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. All bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win several lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Before you buy, please check all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle tax/registration/inspection: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle taxes, registration and MOT/inspection status via Tr a f i c o m’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase the seller will re-sell the lot and charge the buyer the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.

And please note that:

• • inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• • bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• • the lot is sold as seen; the seller confirms the information in the listing is correct

• • if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder
