Sleeping places for four (two in the downstairs bedroom double bed and two in beds on the upper floor/loft).

Bedding and towels, washing machine and drying cabinet, air-source heat pump, fireplace and firewood, hairdryer, TV, radio and wireless internet connection are included.

Final cleaning, bedding, towels and a free parking space are included in the maintenance charge!

Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and varied spa offers family entertainment all year round. The spa has over 20 separate pools, hot tubs, counter-current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outdoors there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm children’s pool, floats and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. The Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a traditional sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. There is also a public course Vuokatti for beginner golfers, the club course Tenetti and a driving range for practice.

There is also a fine beach, Harmony Spa treatments, SuperPark, Megazone & Children’s Adventure Island and excellent activity options (golf, bowling, swimming, gym, golf simulator, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball, table tennis, volleyball ...).

Katinkulta has several restaurants. Robert’s Coffee serves specialty coffees, delightful pastries, tasty lunches and house-made artisan ice cream. In the renewed O’Learys you’ll find a varied menu of favourites and Classic Pizza is known for the best pizzas in Vuokatti. Easy Kitchen serves a generous breakfast daily and rotating themed dinners.

The charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. Remaining €180.02 which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is paid as a finance charge this year and next year, after which the loan will be fully repaid. Finance charge this year (2026) is €107.63 and next year (2027) €86.63.

The sale includes a spa share that contains 28 visits to the spa. The spa share maintenance charge for 2026 is €165 / year, so the cost per spa visit is approx. €5.90 (normal €27). Visits are issued as 4 × 7-visit wristbands. The spa share has its own share certificate and is not tied to the apartment share, so the spa share can be sold or gifted separately later if desired. If you do not need the spa tickets yourself you can sell them (all wristbands must be transferred to the same person staying at Holiday Club Katinkulta. If you hand over the wristbands in person at Katinkulta, sales can be done individually).

Owning a holiday week means carefree holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can focus on enjoying the holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can transfer the week to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the maintenance charges for 2026 and receives the shares for week 23/2026 from Sat 30/05/2026 to Sat 06/06/2026.

The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 12:00.
