The maintenance fee covers cleaning, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key services etc.

Owning a holiday week is above all carefree holidays. As an owner of a week you acquire a share of the holiday home. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, linen and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you may transfer the week to a friend — simply inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance charges and will have the right to use the share for week 23/2026 starting Fri 29 May 2026 – Fri 5 June 2026.

The apartment is available from 18:00 and must be vacated by 11:00.
