• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold straight from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has described the item for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition expert, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing: Bidders must inspect the item, the premises and any company documents before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchanges or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: Buyers must check vehicle tax, registration and MOT/inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner. Vehicles on sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days up to a week. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
