• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or from storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item and any company documents and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item carries no seller warranty, nor exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check any related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will pass to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the original and the new (lower) price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold as is, but the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction's end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
