• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder has a duty to inspect the lot and any company documents and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during prior inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid they transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re‑sell the lot and charge the difference between the original and the lower resale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the applicable auction and sale terms before bidding.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold as is, but the seller is responsible that the information in the listing is correct
