• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sale listing. The item has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises, and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: No warranty, exchange or right of return is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each auction lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all matters related to your purchase decision before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup deadline: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late pickup fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the original and the resale price if lower, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.

• Offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• The item is sold "as is"; however the seller declares the information in the listing is accurate

• If the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
