• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. As the product has not been inspected by an independent inspector, there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related paperwork before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about the payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing an offer. The items are not new and may have defects and missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Please check all matters related to your purchase decision in advance, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer entirely to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this sale before placing an offer.

And please note that:

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• offers are binding and the item has no exchange or return rights

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding for the bidder.
