NOTE! Items must be collected between 7 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 during daytime 09:00–17:00. By participating in the auction you commit to collecting the goods by 10 April 2026. Uncollected items will be disposed of by the seller or the landlord so the premises can be handed over to the next user. The purchase price paid for uncollected items will not be refunded.


The seller is a bankruptcy estate and has no information on the properties or any defects or deficiencies of the items being sold. No exchanges or returns, nor any right to cancel or rescind the sale. The seller is not a trader and the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to this sale.
