• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold directly from use in their current state. Items are from active use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition expert, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot, related company documents and paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer may not later claim a circumstance that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item has no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email by huutokaupat.com. Note that each auction has its own collection fee; if you win several auctions, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The lot must be paid before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before purchase. Check all relevant matters before committing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax‑unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re‑offer the item and charge the difference if resold at a lower price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

And please note:

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller warrants that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
