The seller has photographed the item for the sale listing. As the items have not been inspected by a surveyor, there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, the apartment (if applicable) and the company documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been noticed during pre‑inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before buying. Please check all related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected and uninspected vehicles and vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection deadline: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection incurs a fee of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the seller resells the item, they will charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the bid accepted, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
