• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from active use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The item has not been checked by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the unit's documents and related materials before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final; check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. For sale there may be inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-due vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms of sale before bidding.

Please note:

• inspect the item and the information given before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder
