The item has been described and photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been checked by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to inspect the relevant item, any company documents and related records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been noticed during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale carries no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the item.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower selling price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, including interest.
