• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use/inventory in their current condition. Items have been described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder must inspect the item, related company documents and other papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each win has its own collection fee; if you have multiple wins, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items: Goods originate from an insolvency estate; please consider this when placing a bid. Items are not new, so defects and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check related matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
