• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The seller photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the premises and any company documents and records related to the lot before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email via huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot may have its own pickup fee; if you win several lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each lot. The pickup fee is visible in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Please always check any matters related to the purchase decision beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold as-is, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
