Summer tyres are legal but worn. Winter tyres are decent studded ones.
Observed on the test drive: the front end knocks occasionally over sharp bumps, there is play in the drivetrain, and the car feels sluggish at low revs. Otherwise the car seems generally reasonable for its mileage.
